Sr. Manager, Social Commerce (TTS)
LOCATION: Hybrid schedule in Sherman Oaks
ColourPop is seeking Full-Time Sr. Manager, Social Commerce. This position will work with the Ecommerce team and agency partner to continue to drive growth and momentum on the platform to further build the TikTok Shop business.
The Sr. Manager, Social Commerce will be responsible for the day to day operations of TikTok Shop Seller Center, driving our online sales strategy and overseeing all aspects of our stores performance. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing TikTok Shop affiliate strategies that resonate with our target audience, drive engagement, and ultimately contribute to our business goals. The candidate will also collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize the online customer experience, increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth. Candidates will be required to handle most parts of TikTok Seller Center inclusive of the Affiliate center and Live console.

Responsibilities:
- Day to day operations of TikTok Shop Seller Center
- Drive revenue planning, forecasting, and performance accountability (P&L awareness)
- Lead GTM planning for launches, tentpole moments, and major campaigns
- Ensure operational efficiency across orders, fulfillment SLAs, and customer experience
- Partner with affiliate team member to foster direct relationships with top-performing creators (1:1 management)
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify trends and growth drivers to drive profitable growth
- Own merchandising strategy, including product assortment, bundling, and pricing
- Develop profitable bundle strategies aligned with trends and platform behavior
- Oversee Shopify - TikTok Shop integration in partnership with agency, own product launches, and catalog management, and PDP optimization
- Partner with the demand planning team on forecasting and inventory risks.
- Continuously identify new growth opportunities and expansion levers
- Management of product listings, merchandising set up, platform integrations, inventory and fulfillment, logistic tracking and customer support
- Own TikTok LIVE strategy and execution, including:
- Stream flow, promotional and giveaway strategy, and conversion tactics
- Host training, studio production logistics, and performance management
- Pricing, flash sales, and promotional mechanics
- Develop scalable weekly LIVE systems and processes
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years experience in ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Instagram Shop
- 1 Year of hands-on experience with TikTok, TikTok Affiliate and TikTok Shop
- Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram and social media platforms
- Must be able to commute to Sherman Oaks at least 3 days/week
