We are looking for a Manager, Product Development to join our team.  This role will be based in our HQ in Oxnard. 

Your Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage new formula development across all categories, eye, lip and complexion.
  • Drive development to meet new launch revenue goals by working closely with cross-functional team members on concept development, brief kickoff, formula development, testing, scale up and first production approvals.
  • Responsible for meeting all performance and product positioning attributes outlined in the development brief.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of raw materials and cosmetic chemistry to work hand-in-hand with formulators Working knowledge of primary packaging and manufacturing processes is a plus.
Your Attributes:
  • EDUCATION: BA/BS
  • EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years within a Product Development role, Color Cosmetic experience is required
  • Familiar with manufacturing setting + contract manufacturers Experience working directly with R&D lab
  • Knowledgeable about raw materials and formulation
  • Ability to travel internationally 3-4x/year
