Assistant Manager, Amazon Marketplace
As the Assistant Manager, Amazon Marketplace, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of key tasks that support the ongoing health and performance of our Amazon catalog. This includes creating and maintaining product listings, ensuring listing compliance, coordinating content updates, and supporting promotions and reporting needs. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who is comfortable working with product data, navigating Amazon Seller Central, and collaborating across teams to keep our marketplace presence optimized and up to date.
Responsibilities:
Create, update, and maintain product listings in Amazon Seller Central, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend keywords
Monitor and troubleshoot listing issues such as suppressions, inactive SKUs, and compliance errors
Assist in preparing and QA’ing A+ Content, Brand Store updates, and other creative assets
Coordinate with content and marketing teams to collect product images, copy, and digital assets
Set up Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Prime Exclusive Discounts based on promotional calendars and support seasonal campaign execution for events like Prime Day, Black Friday, and holiday sales
Pull and organize reports from Amazon to support ad hoc analysis and performance reviews
Track catalog health, customer reviews, and flag key issues like Buy Box loss, pricing errors, or listing violations
Ensure all listing and promotional updates are published accurately and on time
Stay up to date on Amazon’s listing policies, tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
2-3 years of hands-on experience working in Amazon Seller Central
Familiarity with Amazon’s catalog structure, listing tools, and content guidelines
Proficient in Excel and able to manipulate data for reporting and updates
Experience with listing troubleshooting and basic knowledge of Amazon compliance requirements
Organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with A+ Content, Brand Stores, and Amazon promotional tools is a plus
