The Senior Manger, Ecommerce will be responsible for accelerating and maximizing the Ecommerce channel growth. This person will be working to improve customer shopping experience, maximizing ecomm sales revenue. Initiative, energy, analytical prowess and creativity, as well as the ability to work effectively across functions, are critical to success. You will be a key collaborator within the organization and will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, Demand Planning) to achieve ambitious business goals. This is a hybrid role reporting into the VP, Digital & Ecommerce.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop Ecommerce strategies to grow revenue, increase profitability and support the overall brand experience.
- Manage Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to help scale brand.com and channel as a whole.
- Manage Customer Service team and help understand how to drive brand love amongst customers while maintaining core values.
- Manage outside vendor relationships as they pertain to website tasks such as R&R, compliance, development, etc.
- Analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute the monthly ecommerce calendar; inclusive of promo planning, launches, etc. alongside the team.
- Collaborate with brand marketing, creative, and product teams to launch campaigns and improve current go-to market strategies.
- Contribute to inventory management, pricing, and product listings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales goals and merchandising.
- Be a key liaison between Brand marketing, Creative and Development teams to prioritize ecommerce roadmap focused on improving CVR, revenue, and product velocity.
- Implement SEO best practices tailored to KPIs overall brand needs.
- Analyze merchandising and overall landing page performance and make recommendations.
- Responsible for the upkeep of the by-day revenue, promo and merchandising plans and creation of the daily focuses and strategy for emails that ladder up to the overarching plan for the month.
- Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7 years of ecommerce experience, demonstrating significant growth in online sales and engagement.
- You are a merchant at heart; someone who can think through story-telling and product performance as they both relate to the bottom line and programming.
- Proficiency in Shopify, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices for driving online traffic and conversion.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to commute to Sherman Oaks, CA in a hybrid model
